Small batch pop-up bakery located in Vancouver, Canada specializing in "real" sourdough bread using organic, Canadian grown grains featuring freshly milled flour and Vancouver Island sea salt. Never any fillers, preservatives, or commercial yeast.

At Ritchie’s Bakery, our focus is artisanal breads and pastries, handcrafted in small batches. Our sourdough breads are naturally leavened using our own starter; fermented slowly to promote flavour, nutrition, and digestibility. We use flour and grains that are organic and Canadian grown; and most flour is locally milled.  When choosing sweeteners, we strive to limit refined white sugar as much as possible, substituting honey, maple syrup, or similar natural unrefined sweeteners. When available, we choose products that are in season and grown locally and buy from small, family-owned suppliers whenever possible.
