WEDNESDAY BREAD DROP

 

**THERE WILL BE NO BREAD DROP OR SUBSCRIPTION FEBRUARY 5 and 12

 

Our sourdough breads are naturally leavened using our own starter; fermented slowly to promote flavour, nutrition, and digestibility. We use flour and grains that are organic and Canadian grown; and most flour is locally milled by Flourist. We use sea salt harvested off the coast of Vancouver Island by Vancouver Island Salt Co.

 

PICKUP AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS DURING STORE HOURS

We can not guarantee any product that has not been picked up during store hours on Wednesdays will be available the following day. Please ensure pickup location and store hours works for you and your schedule.

PICKUP LOCATIONS

A) Prototype Coffee (883 E Hastings) from 8am - 5pm

B) La Glace Ice Cream (2785 W 16th Avenue) from 2pm - 10pm

 

**Please note: due to the extended fermentation time of our breads, order deadline for the upcoming Wednesday is Sunday at 5pm. Any orders placed after this time will be pushed to the following Wednesday.

 

WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION REQUEST

 

Instead of ordering every week, you have the option of signing up for the weekly subscription. Each week a random selection of our sourdough breads will be included in the subscription. If you would like to request a certain favourite loaf or need to customize based on allergies please ensure to fill out specifics in the form below.

 

PAUSING OR CANCELLING:

If you need to pause your subscription for any reason, vacation for example, simply email ritchies.bakery@gmail.com by Sunday at 5pm prior to the Wednesday bread drop. 

Cancellations must be made by Sunday at 5pm for the upcoming week. Any cancellations made after that will be applied to the following week.
